The construction of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “LOGIBASE Fujisawa” has completed.

　 　The completion ceremony for the Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “LOGIBASE Fujisawa”, which F&P conducted project management service and introduced tenants, was held on May 30, 2019.

　　The site is the fourth high-functioned logistics facility to be built by Mitsui & Co. Real Estate.

　 　F&P participated in Mitsui & Co. Real Estate’s LOGIBASE Fujisawa Project from the basic plan phase and promoted the creation of facilities that is more “user-friendly”, “safe” and “socially beneficial” together with Mitsui & Co. Real Estate.

　 　The facility is a three-story multi-tenant warehouse with a total floor area of approximately 16,000㎡. At the basic plan phase, F&P considered the ease of operation for future tenants as a top priority and decided to build three floors, with the first floor load up to 2.5t per square meter to accommodate any types of cargo. The effective height of the warehouse was also higher than that of the industrial average (approximately 5.5m).

　 　As a result, F&P received many inquiries from the construction commencement and we were able to contribute not only to the technical assistance of construction, but also to attract tenants.

　　F&P hopes that this facility will contribute to society as a logistics facility that links Kanagawa prefecture with the entire Kanto region of Japan and to the world.
