The construction of Center Point Development Inc.’s “CPD Matsudo II” has completed.

　 　The completion ceremony for “CPD Matsudo II”, which F&P conducted project management, was held on March 18, 2019.

　 　The facility is a multi-tenant type logistics warehouse with a four-story steel-frame warehouse with a total floor area of 16,053.82 ㎡.

　 　It is located 20 km from central Tokyo and approximately 1.9 km from National Highway No. 6, a major trunk line, and is convenient for delivery to central Tokyo and metropolitan area. In June 2018, the Matsudo and Misato Minami Ics on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway has opened, further improving transportation convenience and making it a favorable locations as a logistics hub.

　 　The site is located in the Minoridai Industrial Park of Matsudo City, where factories, warehouses, and other facilities are accumulated, and it can be operated 24 hours /365 days. The area surrounding the industrial park is a residential district, which is walking distance from the Shin-Keisei Line “Minoridai” Station, a significant advantage in securing the labor force in tenant companies.

　 　F&P commissioned design and construction supervision as project management. Making use of the experiences of the CPD Matsudo I, F&P was able to communicate closely with each partnering companies. As a result, we were able to complete construction without any accidents nor complications.

　In addition, prior to the monthly general regular meeting with the client, F&P held multiple regular meetings with the design and construction companies to provide detailed advice on the process and quality considerations from the supervisor standpoint.
　　In particular, regarding the investigation of floor cracks, general contractors quickly responded to our suggestions, so we were able to finish the work without cracks.

　F&P sincerely hopes that the facility will contribute to the efficiency of logistics for tenant companies and help to develop the local communities.
