We are a co-sourcing company developing distribution and commercial facilities and realizing the best facility design as your exclusive partner in construction and real estate.
We contribute to your business to increase your value (we call this “value-up”), for specialization of your core-business, efficiency of operations, high quality, and proper decision making by acting as your agent, to act as your outsourced construction and development department, and providing PJM, right from property selection, facility plans, construction design and supervision of facility operations.
We are not merely an outsourcing company; we also offer co-sourcing services sharing management resources and business processes with you. This elaborate relationship later gives rise to value-added opportunities.
Current conditions and future development
We started this business with just three tables in a rented room, paying a rent of 30,000 yen. We have come up with original ideas, created our own business style and developed our “Co-sourcing” business by focusing on the contribution to our customers’ businesses, listening to customers’ opinions, and using these to our advantage to better our services.
In our operation, we have obtained profits for ｔｅｎ consecutive years since our establishment.
We have now moved our headquarters from Kanda to Nihonbashi-kodenmacho in May 2010. In addition, the East Japan Division and West Japan Division have increased the number of specialized professional partners, and provide the same high-quality services as those of F&P’s headquarters. Furthermore, we have introduced Cloud Computing in our offices in an attempt to increase efficiency.
In September 2011, our sales exceeded 1 billion yen, which had been the quantitative target of our business plan. We endeavor to enhance our as well our clients’ corporate value.
In March 2011, we committed ourselves to aid in the restoration of the facilities that were located in the devastated, earthquake-hit areas in East Japan. We endeavor to enhance our as well as clients’ corporate value.
We endeavor to further enhance clients’ company values as well as our company value. In addition, we will develop ourselves to be a true partner of our clients responding to changing their needs and of the society as well.
